Baiba Beatrise Sleže
Member of the Council
Baiba Beatrise Sleže has graduated from the Riga School of Economics with a bachelor's degree, as well as the University of Latvia with a master's degree. B.B. Sleže has gained the international ACCA qualification and the board member certificate of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
B.B. Sleže has more than 20 years of experience in financial and corporate management in leading companies in various industries, including the media group TV3 Group in Latvia, JSC LIDO group, RIMI Baltic group, LDZ CARGO Ltd. During her previous professional career, B.B. Sleže was an auditor at the international auditing company Ernst & Young and has managed financial consulting projects at the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Term of office 04.01.2022 through 03.01.2027 (5 years).
Āris Dandens

Āris Dandens has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Latvian University of Agriculture and a master's degree in environmental science from Riga Technical University.
Āris Dandens has many years of experience in leading positions in companies operating in the production, management and sale of electricity and heating, including JSC Augstsprieguma Tīkls, JSC Sadales Tīkls, etc.
Term of office 04.01.2022 through 03.01.2027 (5 years).
