In April 2023, the management of "LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss" Ltd. attended international scientific and technical conference “Rolling Stock: Problems, Solutions, Prospects”, organized by the Tashkent State Transport University, where top-level scientists and experts from universities and research centres of the transport industry delivered speeches, and where manufacturing companies of the industry were widely represented.
During the visit to Uzbekistan, "LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss" Ltd. Chairwoman of the Board Anda Sīviņa also met with Abdullayev Nusrat Sadullayevich, head of the Industrial Operations Control Department at Uzbekistan Railways. During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed concerning the manufacture, supplies and repair of equipment necessary for "LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss" Ltd. In order to ensure continuous supply and maintenance of spare parts for "LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss" Ltd., the company actively works on identifying new prospective suppliers of spare parts as supply chains of spare parts and materials are hindered due to the current geopolitical developments. Uzbrkistan Railways has been determined as one of the prospective options, as the company has expressed willingness to cooperate in the manufacture and repair of rolling stock spare parts.
