Main line diesel locomotives series 2M62U, 2TE10U and 2TE10M sell

“LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss” Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Seller, will sell 21 (twenty-one) main line diesel locomotives series 2M62U, 2TE10U and 2TE10M at an open auction.

Auction place and time: 5 October 2022, 11 am, room 219, 2^nd floor, Turgeneva street 21, Riga, LV-1050. Auction participant/bidder participates in the auction in person or online using the Microsoft Teams application.
 

Brief description of diesel locomotives, location and examination:

Diesel locomotives can be examined both in person and remotely (the Seller also provides remote examination options using a video call) by previously contacting and agreeing the type and time of examination with the Seller’s contact person.

Diesel locomotives are located in Latvia, Lokomotivju street 35, Rezekne.

Date of submission of the auction participant’s (bidder’s) application and deposit of the auction guarantee:

All persons wishing to participate in the auction must submit an application for participation in the auction, as well as pay the auction guarantee in the amount of EUR 10,000.00 (ten thousand euros) to the Seller’s account by 4 October 2022, 11 am (inclusive). The auction guarantee is to be paid to SIA “LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss”, unified registration No. 40003788351, current account No. LV26RIKO0000084909460, bank: Luminor Bank AS Latvian branch, bank code: RIKOLV2X, specifying the following in the payment purpose: “Guarantee for the open auction for sale of main line diesel locomotives series 2M62U, 2TE10U and 2TE10M”. If the auction guarantee is deposited for another person, the payment purpose additionally indicates the name / name and surname and registration number / personal ID No. of the person, for which the auction guarantee is paid.

After purchasing a diesel locomotive, upon concluding an additional written agreement, the Seller offers the following additional services:

1.         Preparing the locomotive for transfer and drawing up of LU-25 report;

2.         Extending the time of use of the locomotive;

3.         Repainting of locomotives according to the customer’s colour standard;

4.         Repair of TR-1 (ongoing repair), TR-3 (ongoing repair), VR (complete overhauling) and GR (complete overhauling), if the customer so wishes;

5.         Modernization of locomotives.
