SIA "LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss" (LDZ Rolling Stock Service, Ltd.) is a subsidiary of SJSC "Latvijas Dzelzceļš" (Latvian Railways) specialising in repair, modernization, maintenance and equipping of railway rolling stock, hire and modernization of mainline and shunting locomotives, as well as storage and sales of fuel to railway carriers and other customers, and provides services of Non-Destructive testing Laboratory.
As a result of reorganisation of SJSC "Latvijas Dzelzceļš" in 2005, LDZ ritošā sastāva serviss Ltd. was established, inheriting the qualified experts, know-how and traditions.
Business units:
- Locomotive Repair Centre with a workshop in Rīga, Rēzekne, Jelgava and Liepāja;
- Wagon Repair Centre;
- Non-Destructive Laboratory in Riga with an inspection group in Daugavpils.
